A purpose-built functional gym in Buckingham — no queues for the rack, no waiting for a bench, no being one of fifty on the gym floor. One PT, one client (or two for a 2:1), one focused hour.

Built for proper training.
Power rack + barbells
Olympic bar, fractional plates, safeties, J-cups. Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead — programmed properly, loaded properly.
Pull-up rig + accessories
Pull-ups, dips, hangs, hollow holds. Bands + assistance for working up. Suspension trainer + rings for unilateral work.
Dumbbells 2–32 kg
Full set of round-head dumbbells in 2 kg increments. Enough range for newcomers to progress through to advanced.
Conditioning corner
Rower, sled, ski erg-equivalent. Mobility mats, foam roller, lacrosse balls, resistance bands for warm-ups + cooldowns.
