I'm Hollie — Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, qualified with Power Academy UK. LongLife Fitness is my private 1:1 / 2:1 coaching studio in Buckingham, for women who want to train seriously, feel strong, and stop guessing.
Every session is programmed around you. Strength, conditioning, mobility, mindset. No queues, no waiting, no being pushed into a class that doesn't fit. Just one focused hour with someone whose job it is to know your body.
Sessions are PAYG or packaged — 4-week build, 12-week reset, or ongoing. Regular progress reviews and personalised macro and nutrient guidance run alongside the training itself.

Free 15-min call
We talk about your goal, your training history, anything that's hurting, and whether LongLife is the right fit. No pressure.

Movement screen
First session is movement assessment + baseline lifts. I write your programme around what your body actually does, not what a template says.

Train + review
Sessions twice a week (or your cadence). Macros and check-ins between. Every 4 weeks we step back and adjust.

Keep going
Most clients stay 12 months+. The programme evolves with you — strength, then aesthetics, then performance, then maintenance.

FAQ
Things people ask.
Do I need any experience?+
None. About half of my clients are new to strength training when they start. The first session is a movement assessment and I build the programme around what your body actually does today.
Where is the studio?+
Private functional gym in Buckingham, MK18. Full address shared once we're booked in. There's parking outside.
Why female-only?+
The studio runs as a small, private, female-only space because that's what most of my clients have asked for. It means you can train without the usual gym-floor self-consciousness.
Can my partner / friend join in?+
Yes — 2:1 sessions are designed for that. You both get the same programming attention; the cost per person comes down to roughly half a 1:1.
How does payment work?+
PAYG per session, or packaged programmes (4 / 8 / 24 sessions). Payment is taken through the booking system; first sessions usually pay on the day after the movement screen.
What if I need to cancel a session?+
24h notice and we reschedule no charge. Less than 24h and the session counts. Sickness is sickness — message me and we figure it out.
