I'm Hollie — Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor, qualified with Power Academy UK. LongLife Fitness is my private 1:1 / 2:1 coaching studio in Buckingham, for women who want to train seriously, feel strong, and stop guessing.

Every session is programmed around you. Strength, conditioning, mobility, mindset. No queues, no waiting, no being pushed into a class that doesn't fit. Just one focused hour with someone whose job it is to know your body.

Most of my clients come in with no recent strength background and no idea what they should be eating to support training. Within a few months they're lifting confidently, sleeping better, eating with intention, and starting to enjoy training instead of dreading it.

Trained and qualified through Power Academy UK. Sessions are PAYG or packaged — 4-week build, 12-week reset, or ongoing.

How I coach

Programme, don't punish

Sessions are written to build you up, not to leave you broken. Volume, intensity, and recovery balance is in every plan.

Macros over restriction

I don't do cut-everything diets. We calculate what your body actually needs and build meals that hit those numbers + taste like food.

Long game wins

Most clients stay 12+ months. The programme evolves with you — strength, then aesthetics, then performance, then maintenance.
